  • 1 lb. ground beef liver
  • 1 lb. salted soda crackers, crushed
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Heat milk with margarine. Pour over ingredients and mix together. Chill for about 1 hour. Form balls and drop into boiling beef broth; dumpling will rise to the top when done.
