  • 1 liver, cut up like French fries
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • oil to fry
  • catsup
  • any remaining meat in camp (bacon, ham, sausage, hamburger, etc.)
  • 2 to 4 doz. eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cheese, cubed and sliced (a variety of cheese is great)
  • onions, chopped
  • garlic, minced
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • green pepper, chopped
  • tomatoes, cut up

    Saute onions, mushrooms, green pepper

    Cook until cheese is melted and slightly brown. Place remaining sausage on top.
