Ingredients

  • 1 lb. liver
  • 1/4 lb. salt pork
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Fry pork, remove from pan, add liver.

    Sear on both sides. Grind pork and liver.

    Pour water over cracker crumbs and combine all ingredients.
  4. 4
    Dot with butter and bake (375°) for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
