- 500 gramms veal liver
- 1 large onion
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Directions

1Mince liver and an onion in ther food processor.

2In a big bowl combine the rest of the ingridients with the liver-onion paste.

3mix well.

4heat the frying pan on medium high heat.

5pour one tablespoon of any friyng oil.

6using a small ladle pour the paste making half palm size pancakes.

7cook each side for 2 minutes or until the juce in not coming out.

8serve hot or warm with some garnish or by itself with a little of sour cream.
