- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 lb. chicken livers
- 1/3 c. onions, diced
- 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cut liver in small pieces and saute in butter until done.

2Add onions and cook 2 minutes.

3Put all ingredients (plus drippings) in blender.

4Blend until smooth.

5For snappy pate, add 1/4 teaspoon sage and 1/4 teaspoon thyme.
