  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. instant onion, hydrated in chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • mayonnaise (enough to give the desired consistency)
