- 1 lb. calves' liver
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. wheat germ
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut calves' liver in thin ribbon like strips.

2Put the oil in a heavy skillet and saute the sliced onion and wheat germ.

3When the onion and wheat germ turn golden brown, add strips of liver. Saute for 3 minutes; sprinkle with salt.

4Cover skillet for 1 minute before removing from the frying pan.

5Yield: Serves 4.
