- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
- 3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Stir all ingredients by hand until well blended. Turn into 8-inch square pan (Teflon-coated) or sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cut into squares while still warm.
