- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- grated lemon rind
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1Whip cream and set aside.

2Dissolve jello in hot water.

3Cool. Blend with cream cheese in blender.

4Add vanilla, rinds, lemon juice and sugar.

5Fold all into whipped cream.

6Pour into crust and chill.
