- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. sugar replacement
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
Directions

1Combine cocoa, sugar replacement, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.

2Stir in milk.

3Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.

4Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes more.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir small amount into egg, then pour back into cocoa mixture.

7Stir to blend and cook 2 minutes.

8Remove from heat. Add vanilla and oleo; cool.
