Ingredients
- 2 eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent to 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk or canned skimmed milk
- 1 (No. 1) can cream-style corn, drained
- 1 (No. 1) can whole kernel corn, drained
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix eggs, flour and sugar with Egg Beaters.

2Stir in milk, corn, salt and pepper.

3Pour into a buttered casserole.

4Sprinkle paprika on top.

5Bake in a pan of water until firm in a 350° oven for 1 hour.

6Can be doubled.

7I use Egg Beaters and canned evaporated skim milk to cut down on fat.
