  • 1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
  • 1 large dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. salad dressing
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 3 green onions (tops and all)
  • garlic salt to taste
  • skim milk for thinning (if desired)

Directions

    Whip cottage cheese in blender.

    Stir in pickle, salad dressing, onions, garlic salt and milk if desired.

    Serve with raw vegetables or a relish tray.
