- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 10 oz. lite Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions

1In a blender, combine hot water and Jell-O until well blended. Add 1 cup cottage cheese and blend.

2Add lemon juice and blend. Add remaining cottage cheese and blend well.

3Pour into a bowl. Stir in Cool Whip and pour into crust.

4Refrigerate for 24 hours. You may substitute lime Jell-O and lime juice.
