- 8 c. sliced tender yellow squash
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 3 sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
- 3 cloves garlic
Directions

1Place squash, onions and peppers in mixing bowl.

2Sprinkle salt over this and let stand 1 to 2 hours; drain well.

3Boil together vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard seed and garlic. Add squash, onions and peppers.

4Bring to a boil.

5Place in clean jars and seal.
