  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. sorghum
  • 1 pkg. artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1/8 tsp. butter flavoring (optional)
  • 1 c. ice water
  • 2/3 c. dry milk
  • 8 or more ice cubes, broken

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender.

    Blend on high speed until ice is dispersed and shake is thick.

    If peanut butter variation is used, allowance must be made in food plan for the peanut butter.
