  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 bunch green onions cut 1/2 inch long
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 3 carrots grated
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced
  • 4 eggs stir, fry and chop
  • 1 pound thin spaghetti extra, boiled and drained
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

    In large fry pan, use 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, stir beef, cabbage together.

    Then add carrots, mushrooms, onions, and eggs.

    Stir again until done.

    Then mix together with spaghetti and add soy sauce for taste.
