  • 5 each russet potatoes (baked)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup real bacon pieces
  • 8 inch section of cooked conecuh

Directions

    Bake potatoes

    Fry conecuh sausage

    Mix all filling in blender till completely mixed (I use a ninja pro)

    Lightly butter a 9x13 cassarole dish

    Spread layer of filling (about half) in dish then top with ranch, bacon, then shredded cheese (topping)

    Repeat step 5

    Then top with french field onions

    Bake on 350 for 15 min
