- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Tapatio Hot Sauce
- 1 pound Mahi Mahi, Fillets
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 2 cups Fresh Bread Crumbs
- Oil, For Frying
- 6 Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Cabbage Chopped
Directions

1For the Tapatio sauce: Mix sour cream with Tapatio hot sauce.

2You can add more or less of the hot sauce according to your taste.

3For the fish tacos: Cut fish fillets into 1 strips.

4Mix flour and salt and coat fish with flour mixture.

5Dip fish into beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs.

6Heat 1/2 oil in a pan over medium heat until hot.

7Fry fish until golden brown on all sides.

8Place fried fish on paper towels and season with salt.

9Fry corn tortillas until light brown and drain on paper towels.

10Place fish in tortillas and top with cabbage and Tapatio sauce.
