- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 pieces bacon, fried
Directions

1Fry potatoes and drain well. Place potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 baker dish. Crumble bacon up on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of bacon. Place in a 350° oven until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream before serving.
