- 3 potatoes, medium, shredded
- 1 onion, small, shredded
- 1 cup ham, shredded
- 1 cup mushroom, fresh, shredded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Place butter in fry pan -- I used electric skillet. Turn on to med heat.

2Mix shredded potatoes, onion, ham, and mushrooms. Add to fry pan in an even amount around the pan.

3Cover and leave alone for 10 minutes or until bottom is crisp and top is tender.

4Flip, cover and let cook about 10 minutes more or until bottom is crisp.

5Remove lid and add shredded cheese. Let sit for a few minutes until cheese is melted.

6Serve with sour cream, hot sauce or ketchup as desired.
