Loaded Perogie Casserole

  • 1 box Frozen perogies
  • 1 can Cambels Cheddar.Cheese Soup
  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 1/2 can Milk, half of the soup can ...
  • 1 packages Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup chives, copped well
  • 1 packages Shredded cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 350F

    Place.frozen perogies in microwave safe bowl, add water covering perogies completely and microwave for 6 min our until warm and not frozen
  3. 3
    Meanwhile combine soup, sour cream, and milk combine well
  4. 4
    Add half the bacon and half the chives mixing together, set aside
  5. 5
    In large skillet melt butter
  6. 6
    Drain water from perogies and add to skillet with butter, fry perogies untill browned on both sides
  7. 7
    Remove perogies n place in oven safe casserole dish
  8. 8
    Pour cheese mixture on top of perogies, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and remainder bacon and chives

    Bake in oven 15-20 min until cheese its melted n sauce is hot and bubbly

    Serve as a side dish to your favorite meal!
