  • 1 lb. frozen cod fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar (can use wine vinegar)
  • melted butter

    Place fillets in a saucepan.

    Cover with water; add the salt. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Cover again with cold water.

    Add the vinegar.

    Bring to a boil.

    Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Drain.

    Serve with melted butter.
