  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. sharp American cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1 (5 oz.) can lobster, drained

Directions

    Melt margarine and gradually stir in cheese. Break lobster into pieces. Stir in wine and lobster.

    Heat thoroughly and serve with chips or crackers.
