  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 12 lbs maine lobster tails
  • 14 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 hot dog buns, toasted
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

    Dressing: in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; cover and refrigerate until needed.

    Lobster roll: cut lobster tail in half and remove meat from the shell.

    Season the meat with lemon pepper, salt and lemon juice, then dot with butter.

    Broil lobster for 8-10 minutes, do not over cook.

    Cut grilled lobster into bite-size pieces.
