  • 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. snipped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce
  • 2 stalk celery
  • 8 oz. cooked lobster meat or cooked shelled, deveined shrimp
