  • 6 uncooked flour tortillas
  • 1/2 small onion very finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • salsa (2 tomatoes, 1/2 onion, 2 serrano peppers)

    Combine in a bowl lobster meat. onion, mayonaise and pepper to taste.

    Make guacamole by mashing avocado.

    Fill tortillas with lobster mixture and roll like taco and seal with toothpick.
