- 4 lobster tail
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 head garlic chopped
- 8 lemon wedges
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp paprika
Directions

1Set oven @350 degrees.

2Prepare lobster tail.

3Cut along back of tail (STOP RIGHT BEFORE TAIL FIN).

4Separate meat from bottom of tail down to base of fin, keeping meat conected to base of fin.

5Take separated lobster meat and rub with olive oil, and lay meat ON TOP of shell.

6Sprinkle with salt and paprika.

7Place in 375 oven for 1-1 1/2 min per ounce.... ie.

88oz tail = 8 to 12 min till opaque.

9Remove from oven add a tbs of garlic butter to top each tail.

10Place the tails under the broiler for 3 mins till butter and tail start to brown.

11Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.

12You can add a steak for surf and turf.

13Accompany with couscous and asparagus for a complete meal.
