- 1 Lobster
- 1 tbsp each Butter and flour
- 200 ml Milk
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 dash Pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat butter in a pot and add the flour.

2Add the milk and once it becomes smooth, add the salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Parmesan cheese to season.

3Set aside to cool.

4Remove the meat from the lobster.

5Remove the claws and tail.

6Cut the body in half.

7Remove any meat from the body, claws, and legs, and cut any large pieces into bite-sizes (now the plate looks full).

8Mix the meat with the chilled sauce from Step 2.

9Fill the lobster shells with the mixture and bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes.

10It's done.

11The lobster shell is now stuffed with meat.

12It's very plump, creamy, and delicious.
