- 1 cold boiled lobster or 1 can lobster meat
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. light cream
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Make cream sauce with butter, flour and cream.

2Melt butter; add flour.

3When smoothly blended, add cream and bring to a boil. Add mustard, salt and pepper.

4Combine with lobster meat and mushrooms.

5Fill individual shells or casserole with mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown under broiler flame.
