- 2 to 3 lb. fish (Uhu, Opakapaka, Kumu, Moi, etc.)
- 8 ti leaves, washed and deboned
- 4 lup cheong, thinly sliced
- 5 stalks green onion, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1 c. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- butter
Directions

1Scale and clean fish.

2Cut fish lengthwise as close to the bone as you can.

3Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish (not too much). Place ti leaves in foil covered baking pan and place fish on ti leaves.
