Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta (any type)
- 1 extra large solid red tomato, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 Vidalia onion, diced
- 1 can minced clams or baby shrimp
- 1/2 c. black olives
- 1/4 c. Muenster cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Romano dry grated cheese
- fresh parsley
- garlic
Directions

1Cook pasta in water with 1/4 teaspoon oil.

2Drain in cold water.

3Add cheese, vegetables and seasoning to taste.

4Mix together and let set in refrigerator for about an hour before serving.

5This makes a nice summer salad served on leaf lettuce with bread sticks, fresh cantaloupe and pink lemonade.
