  • 9 potatoes (in skins)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/3 cup green onions
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

    Boil the potatoes in their skins.

    Afterwards, grate them on a large grater.

    Mix together the butter, sour cream, onions, soup, and cheese.

    Pour this over the potatoes.

    Salt and pepper them. Top with the crushed corn flakes.

    Put the entire thing in an oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Take out, let cool, and then serve.
