- 9 potatoes (in skins)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes (crushed)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

1Boil the potatoes in their skins.

2Afterwards, grate them on a large grater.

3Mix together the butter, sour cream, onions, soup, and cheese.

4Pour this over the potatoes.

5Salt and pepper them. Top with the crushed corn flakes.

6Put the entire thing in an oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

7Take out, let cool, and then serve.
