- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle onion, celery and parsley in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Place fish over vegetables.

3Pour oil over fish. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle more vegetables on top of the fish.

4Pour tomato sauce on top.

5Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
