  • 1 lb. salted salmon (Suisan Fishmarket sells blocks of salmon already deboned)
  • 4 lb. firm tomatoes
  • 2 large round onions
  • 2 large bunches green onions

Directions

    Remove any bones or skin.

    Finely chop or shred the salted salmon.
  3. 3
    Place in a colander and rinse under cold tap water for approximately 10 minutes or until most of the salt is removed. Allow the salted salmon to drain.
