  • 1 chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 chicken legs and thighs
  • 1 c. rice (not instant)
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan or spray with Pam.

    Spread rice in pan; lay chicken on top.

    Combine soups and water; pour over chicken. Cover with foil.

    Bake 1 hour at 375°, 1 1/2 hours at 350°, 3 hours at 275° to 300° or forever at 225°.
