- 23 lb ground beef
- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 12 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 12 cup parsley (minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- olive oil (as needed)
- lori's tomato sauce (Lori's Tomato Sauce)
Directions

1Heat oven 400.

2Combine all until just mixed.

3DO NOT OVER MIX!

4Shape into 1 inch meatballs.

5Place on sprayed baking sheets.

6Brush with a little oil.

7Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.
