  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 small green pepper (chopped)
  • 12 lb colby cheese (shredded)
  • 12 lb cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 12 cups cooked rice
  • 34-1 cup sweet hot chili sauce
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
  • 1 head soft lettuce (separated)

Directions

    Brown beef and onion.

    Let cool slightly.

    Stir in the green pepper, cheeses, rice, sauce, salt and pepper.
