- 1 piece lotus root
- 3/4 pound pork ribs
- 11/16 ounce fish dried cuttle
- 4 tablespoons dates preserved sweet
- 3 1/4 tablespoons dates
- 4 1/4 cups water
- 1 cube chicken bullion
- 1 teaspoon salt this can be more or less, up to individual preference
Directions

1Blanch pork rib and set aside.

2Bring water to boil.

3Add pork ribs and the rest of the ingredients.

4Turn on high heat and let it boil for 5 mins without covering the pot.

5Turn down the heat to low and cover the port and simmer for 2 hours.

6Add salt to taste before serving.
