  • 4 oz. sugar
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. day-old French bread
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. currants
  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut

    Place eggs in a mixer bowl and beat until foamy.

    In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and allspice until evenly mixed.
