- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. butter
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions

1In medium size bowl, combine butter, sugar and salt; blend well.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, flour, cream and pecans.

3Pour mixture into pie shell.

4Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

5Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
