  • 1 c. dry bread cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
  • 2 3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (instead of sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for 5 minutes; add Sweet 'N Low, cinnamon and raisins.

    Pour over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased baking dish.

    Bake in slow oven at 325°
