- 1 c. dry bread cubes
- 1 1/2 c. skim milk, scalded
- 2 3/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low (instead of sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for 5 minutes; add Sweet 'N Low, cinnamon and raisins.

2Pour over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased baking dish.

3Bake in slow oven at 325°
