  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
  • 8 oz. cooked beef or ground turkey
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 pkg. instant beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and pepper.

    Add spices and tomato sauce. Mix well.

    Add rice.

    Add 1/2 of cheese and stir until cheese melts.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Then add rest of cheese and bake 15 minutes more.

    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
