- 2 pkg. sugar substitute
- 1 (3 oz.) sugar-free jello (lemon)
- 3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 pkg. sugar substitute
Directions

1Make crust of crackers, margarine and 2 packages sugar substitute.

2Pour into pie plate.

3Dissolve jello in 1 cup of boiling water; cool.

4In blender, combine cottage cheese and 6 packages sugar substitute; blend until smooth.

5Gradually add jello and vanilla to cottage cheese mixture.

6Blend until combined.

7Pour into graham crust.
