  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Place chicken breasts in a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

    Sprinkle each with dry milk, seasonings and lemon juice. Wrap and bake at 350° for 50 minutes, or until tender.
