  • 4 oz. drained, cooked pinto beans, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 oz. crunchy nugget cereal (like Grape-Nuts)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • brown sugar substitute (to equal 1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. regular sugar)

Directions
