- 2 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 c. evaporated skim milk
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. artificial sweetener
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Place mushrooms, cheese and onion flakes on the bottom of small pie pan or casserole.

2Place remaining ingredients in blender; blend well and pour over cheese mixture.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
