- 1 c. boiling water
- graham cracker crust in a 9-inch spring-form pan
- 1 can (small) frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add juice concentrate and stir to dissolve.

2Refrigerate until thick (about the thickness of an egg white).

3Add unbeaten egg whites and beat until fluffy. Pour into graham cracker shell and chill until set.

4Try lemon jello and lemonade or lime jello and limeade.
