  • 100 ml Sunflower Seeds
  • 250 ml Almond Flour
  • 100 ml Psyillium
  • 10 ml Baking Powder
  • 5 ml Salt
  • 1 pinch Xylotol/Sugar
  • 250 ml Full Fat Yoghurt
  • 5 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Grated Corguette
  • 1 Chopped Olives
  • 1 Finely Chopped Onions

    Pulse / blend dry ingredients together (A food processor will help ensure a consistent mix)

    Pack into buttered / lined baking tin
