- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese (preferably whipped, or softened)
- 1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted nuts, of choice
Directions

1Process cheeses and cream with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes, until smooth.

2Add splenda, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon.

3Process until smooth and creamy.

4Spoon into 6 dessert cups and garnish with nuts.
