- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 extra large egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons flax seed meal (ground flax seeds)
- 1 tablespoon soy protein isolate
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Directions

1Use a small, flat, round microwave safe bowl like a Grab-It.

2Combine all ingredients and mix well in the bowl.

3Smooth the batter out. If desired, sprinkle top of batter with sesame seeds.

4Cook in microwave on high for one minute, until set in center.

5Let sit in bowl for one minute, then turn out onto a rack.

6When cooled, slice in half using a bread knife.

7Use like a regular hamburger bun.
